Christmas Card

The Sorensen family just got a Christmas Card & pictures from Elder Cooke!! He says:

"Wishing you all the small delights and simple pleasures of Christmas." Labas Seimas. How is the Christmas Season going? I have to say it's an interesting feeling here. I mean it fells like Christmas but it doesn't "FEEL" like Christmas. Or at least the one I'm used to. But I love it. I have gotten this far into December without seeing one Wal-Mart commercial! How cool is that?! I loved the caroling story {*see Leslie's blog}. I showed it to everybody. I with I could be with all of you Christmas morning. Just remember you're always in my prayers. Today was quite a good day.

We were the first ones there, arriving 1.5 hours early, as always. We were so glad to have a portion of our family there! Stacy, Kyle & Angela. It was great. Also, we saw Elder Nathan Kearsley and his family heading in as our group of parents/family, were exiting. We LOVE having a missionary serving the Lord so we don't get too emotional-only a little bit. We know he is in good hands. So it's all good.

God Be With You 'til We Meet Again

SUNDAY: November 16th

Elder Cooke spoke in his ward sacrament meeting. He gave a fantastic talk on forgiveness and finding happiness! We are grateful to those who were able to be there to show their support! After church we had a family dinner at Gramps & Granny Cooke's.
